Captain Lysley’s Main House offers 5 (+1) sumptuous chambers, featuring premium linens, plush robes, and views across the West Limerick countryside. Open fires crackling, even one in the bathroom! Option for a further 2 bedroom wing if required.
The Private Staff Quarters: Our estate also includes a self-contained unit with a separate entrance—an ideal solution for guest security, private chefs, or support teams. Includes a large office space. This ensures the main house remains your own entirely private sanctuary.
Exclusivity Guaranteed: Your stay includes daily housekeeping and a dedicated 24 hour concierge service to ensure every detail is managed while you are at the course.

Additional Acommodation: can be configured to add up to 4 extra bedrooms in 2 self-contained apartments

Locally sourced organic food: full provisioning for your stay - come home to fully stocked larder/ refrigerator and our hand-picked individually sourced wine collection directly chosen by us in person at the vineyards in France.
A Culinary Journey from Dawn to Dusk
Morning: Begin your morning by the open fire in the dining room with a refined Artisan Continental Breakfast for a swift departure. Or for the quintessential relaxed experience, a Full Cooked Irish Breakfast option can be made available, featuring dry-cured bacon, premium sausages, and free-range eggs and all the trimmings, all sourced from our friends’ local farms. Every morning has to include our famous homemade Irish Soda Bread, baked fresh by Esther-Mae using Grandma’s recipe.
Evening: Upon returning from the 18th green at Adare Manor, enjoy an effortless evening. Choose between a sophisticated Charcuterie and Cheese Board paired with fine wines sourced personlly for you in the drawing room, or opt to indulge in a full, hearty Irish Supper. These authentic, comforting dishes celebrate local provenance, made entirely with ingredients sourced often from our friends’ farms and other local suppliers for absolute freshness.
Night: Before retiring, gather by Captain Lysley’s fire for a sophisticated nightcap. We offer a private pour of the legendary Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey, or our own exclusive bespoke Irish spirits, hand-crafted in small batches. For those looking for the most authentic Irish Pub experience we provide chauffeur service to and from our local village pub, the famous ‘Croke Park’ with massive open fire and eclectic local clientele. Where a late night sing-song often breaks out, this truly is Ireland’s best kept secret and we are friends with the legendary owner!

Katrina & John are assisted by our daughter Esther-Mae, along with a house manager and two housekeeping staff , with everyone on duty in advance of and during your entire stay. We have a wealth of experience hosting large groups from the US in particular and we are very proud of having always delivered impeccable, meticulous and thoughtful service to our guests.
